TDM programmes
A TDM programme is a framework for implementing a package of TDM strategies. Section 2.5 of the Economic evaluation manual vollume 2, 2005, covers the following programmes:

- Commute trip reduction
- Campus transport management
- School trip management
- Freight transport management
- Marketing
- Tourist transport management
