Uncertainty and risk

The subject of evaluation of benefits of road projects involves assumptions and estimates which themselves introduce uncertainty and risk. Section 3.8 of the Economic evaluation manual - volume 1 - 2008 (PDF 190 KB) explains how uncertainty and risk are to analysed.
