Simplified procedures
Section 4.2 of the Economic evaluation manual - volume 1 - 2008 (515 KB) provides simplified procedures (SP) for road projects of lower capital cost or of a routine nature. The simplified procedures, which condense an evaluation into a few pages, are for the following types of road projects:
- Road renewals (EEM1, 4.2, SP1)
- Structural bridge replacement or renewal (EEM1, 4.2, SP2)
- General road improvement (EEM1, 4.2, SP3)
- Seal extension (EEM1, 4.2, SP4)
- Intersection improvement (EEM1, 4.2, SP5)
