Full procedures

Section 5.1 of the Economic evaluation manual - volume 1 - 2008 (810 KB) states that full procedures are to be used when

  • detailed analysis is desirable or is required
  • the limits on using the simplified procedures are exceeded. This can be checked using select the appropriate procedure.

Chapter 5 of the Economic evaluation manual - volume 1 - 2008 (810 KB) describes the full procedures for project evaluation. Section 5.2 (PDF 810 KB) introduces the full procedures and the worksheets that guide the calculation and encourage consistency of presentation.
