Volume 1 of the competitive pricing procedures (CPP) manual contains procedures approved for use when purchasing roading related physical works and professional services. The manual also provides guidance on preparation of alternative procedures. A replacement for the manual is being prepared as part the review of all procurement procedures and will be available during the second half of 2008.
