During preparation of the GPS, a computer model was used to look at the impacts of possible interventions. A simplified version of the model, called the transport strategy communication model, has subsequently been constructed. While too general to be used for making specific decisions, we think you will find it very useful for understanding possible interventions and their impact on land transport. Have a play.
