Formulate activities

Formulation is the first step in the process of seeking NLTF funding for an activity or combination of activities. Chapter C3 of the Planning, programming and funding manual deals with formulating activities and combinations of activities.

Formulating activities requires:

  1. identifying the activities involved (section C3.4)
  2. classifying those activities
  3. developing a funding plan
  4. completing any other planning activities
